Getting in touch is one email.

There is no calendar to wrestle with and no form to fill in. Email reaches Will Kimball directly, and every message is read by a person.

Tell me one task you repeat every week.

I will send back a one-page answer on whether AI can help with it — and I will tell you if it cannot. Free, within 2 business days, and there is no call to sit through.

Three things that make the answer useful.

The email opens with these questions already in it. Answering them is what lets me give you a real answer rather than a sales call.

  1. One task that repeats.A single follow-up, draft, or question that comes back every week — not a general goal like “use AI more”.
  2. How often it comes up.Daily, a few times a week, every Friday. This is most of what decides whether setting it up is worth your money.
  3. Who checks the result today.Whoever reviews the work before it goes out. Every workflow is built around that review point.

Please keep confidential details out of the first email.

Describe the task, not the data. Customer records, medical, financial, account, or employee information should not travel by email, and we do not need it to work out whether AI can help.

Rather read first?

See what the work looks like before you write.
